Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Build Your Flow. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Build Your Flow is developed and operated by Kajinoha Studios, an independent developer based in Japan.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Build Your Flow. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us at buildyourflow.app@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
Your use of Build Your Flow is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and delete your information.
Build Your Flow allows you to save references to YouTube video clips, organize them into sequences, and play them back for personal use through YouTube's official embed player.
Build Your Flow does not download, store, host, or reproduce any YouTube video content. All video content remains on YouTube's servers and is subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service and policies. We store only clip references, timings, titles, and sequence metadata associated with your account.
Build Your Flow also offers an optional feature that allows you to import an existing YouTube playlist from your Google account to automatically create a sequence. This requires you to grant the app limited, read-only access to your YouTube playlists via Google's account authorization system. Your use of this feature is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is accessed and how it is used.
You agree to use Build Your Flow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for how you use the app and for the YouTube content you choose to add to your sequences. We do not actively monitor or curate the content users add to their sequences. However, we may investigate or take action if we become aware of use that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Build Your Flow relies on YouTube's embed player to play video content. By using the app, you acknowledge that:
If you use the YouTube playlist import feature, you authorize Build Your Flow to access limited playlist and video metadata from your Google account, solely for the purpose of creating sequences within the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings, which may affect your ability to use the playlist import feature going forward.
Build Your Flow does not provide medical, fitness, health, safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for choosing videos and activities appropriate for your own condition, ability, and circumstances. Always exercise appropriate care when following physical, instructional, or other third-party content.
The Build Your Flow app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Kajinoha Studios. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written permission.
Your sequences and clip references are personal data associated with your account. You retain ownership of the way you have organized your content, but you do not acquire any rights to the underlying YouTube videos.
Build Your Flow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that video content accessed through YouTube's embed player will remain available or accurate.
Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kajinoha Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to content, interruption of service, or unavailability of YouTube content.
Because the app is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the app shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Build Your Flow uses Google Firebase for account management, data storage, app security, and performance monitoring, and YouTube's embed player for video playback. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
If you downloaded Build Your Flow from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the app may also be subject to the applicable store terms and policies. These Terms are between you and Kajinoha Studios, not Apple or Google.
Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support, maintenance, or warranty for Build Your Flow, except where required by applicable law or their own terms.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region of residence.
